This document acts as the official Velora user agreement regulating your portal use, multi-currency wallet processing, and monetization metrics. By completing your Velora registration, you confirm your compliance with our regional fintech compliance mandates, active Velora platform rules, and operational guidelines.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering for or using Velora, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to all guidelines, protocols, and monetization operational boundaries, please do not use the platform or initialize any activation codes.
2. Eligibility Requirements
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement under localized regional laws to utilize Velora and participate in its automated earning opportunities, cloud task configurations, and promotional media assignments.
3. Accounts & Activation Framework
Members must register an account and activate a premium operational tier—specifically the Velora Platinum plan (₦9,000 baseline setup) or the premium Velora Gold plan (₦14,500 advanced setup)—to unlock core system earning structures. You are fully and solely responsible for keeping your secure Velora login credentials private and shielded from external third parties.
4. Earnings & Commercial Consortia Rewards
All platform distribution balances are generated transparently through Commercial Consortia opportunities, which include active cashback allocations, referral commissions, invite tracking incentives, and unique reward activities (AI tasks, lucky books, and media modules). Reward distribution limits, daily velocity caps, and values are strictly subject to your chosen active plan and current platform rules.
5. Multi-Currency Withdrawals
Members may route and withdraw eligible, settled earnings directly into their preferred regional currency. All outbound settlement procedures remain subject to profile verification milestones, fraud audits, and structural minimum withdrawal thresholds set by the administration.
6. Prohibited Conduct & Network Abuse
System manipulation, registration fraud, identity impersonation, multiple-account synergy exploits, spamming unofficial distribution endpoints, and any unlawful activity are strictly prohibited. Violating these rules will result in immediate account suspension, asset forfeiture, and a permanent ban from our network.
7. Systematic Updates & Changes
Velora retains the exclusive right to update, modify, or rewrite these operational terms from time to time to ensure ongoing security. Continued use of the platform after updates are posted constitutes your full acceptance of the revised agreement terms.
